Some Wickedness!!!

 Hello!!!
Well I thought I would share my layouts from the Birthday Cyber Crop over at Wicked Princesses on the weekend:)
I must say I loved all my pages and enjoyed chatting away with all the girls on the forum. The only challenge I didn't get done was Kirstys card challenge, because I am scared of doing cards:( Maybe next time........(if I am brave enough!)
This was one Krissys Blind Scrap:

This next one is Krissys Sketch Challenge. You also had to use embelishments that spell out a birthday type word. My word was cards (canvas paper, alphas, ribbon, diamontes, stitching)

This next one was Kirstys Challenge. The criteria for this one was to use a candle and had to be party food inspired! (I dripped candle was over my page and my inspirational party food was liqourice allsorts)

I am so happy with how they turned out!! The girls over there are just so nice:) and very talented. I love how they share ideas and comment on each others work, very cool!!
Hope you are having a good day, I'm off to finish my housework (actually start) and find my naughty boy:))

The joy of Kiddies!!

Well we have have some sleepless nights here:( My poor little Gracie girl has had croup and now has contracted a virus that is going around.
But in true Grace style she still has the energy to pull her sisters hair!!!!
Here are a couple of layouts that I done on the weekend. They are from the cybercrop that was happening over at http://www.scrapbooksavvy.com.au/ I only got two completed (as I mentioned sick kiddies), but I am really happy with them. The first one is the Blind Scrap held on Saturday night, my first game of Bingo too don't ya know, and I love it:))), the page that is.....

The papers I used in the above layout are from The January Kit over at http://www.wickedprincesses.com.au/ and I am pretty sure they are currently reduced so go and have a peek. There was heaps in the kit and the colours are so versatile you could use them for any type of layout:)
And the next one was Kaylas Challenge. You had to write a love letter, mine is hiding under the blue paper in an envelope.

Speaking of Cybercrops there is one over at http://www.wickedprincesses.com.au/ this weekend:

Don't you just love the cake:) I tried to make this cake for Graces 1st birthday:) Didn't turn out exactly the same, but here was my attempt
Ok I'm off to get everyone ready for the day!!!
Bye

A couple of cards and some blue & green

Well it's Saturday arvo and my DH is at cricket so I have been busy with the kids, swimming lessons, craft and a bit of housework.............. We just a storm, but didn't get much rain out of it, although its meant to rain tomorrow.
Well the countdown is on to Kate's Retreat. I am excited but a bit nervous as well (hope I can keep up with all the speed scrappers)I'll just have to get organised and print some photos. I am so use to just printing them as I need them at home:)
Well I have a couple of cards that I made yesterday. The first one was for some friends that have recently moved house:

And the next one is for my friends new baby girl Marlie.

And this is my layout for the February Colour Combo Challenge over at Scrapbook Savvy.

My inspiration for these cards and layout cames from Scrapbook Trends Magazines. You can just buy an online copy and save it to your computer (great for the environment and you get it straight away:O)
I am hoping to join in my first Cybercrop at Savvy this weekend, just see if I can get the kids into bed and myself organised before the BC starts at 8:30pm.....................

Saturdays Share!

Hello! Well it is Saturday afternoon and pouring rain, so what a perfect excuse to scrap and waste time blog hopping on the computer:) I am off to a fancy dress party tonight, op-shop cocktail party, I have been given a few outfits to choose from and Lily has been inspecting, so I'll share a photo at a later date (maybe)!!
My first couple of layouts are from Blind Challenges over at http://www.scrapbookingfromscratch.com/

And this next one is my entry for their monthly sketch challenge.

I love this paper pack from Crate Paper!! It is called The Bliss Collection, and is very yummy:) I can see myself using this lots and lots!!!
Oh and some news!!! I won a prize over at http://www.wickedprincesses.com.au/ (insert happy dance here).
I know the prize is drawn randomly, but it is still very exciting for me!!! I won a $10 voucher to spend instore (another excuse for me to shop), so if you are looking for inspiration check out this site. The girls on the forum are very nice and extremly welcoming to newbies like myself and the store owner Krissy is lovely and very talented and inspiring (there is a link to her blog on mine so check it out!!!). Here is my WINNING page:)

This is me and Katrina (one of my lovely closest friends here in Dungog) at Lizottes watching Johnny Diesel. We stole Jules' camera whilst she was at the loo and took some silly shots:) Like the title says "it's good to have fun, lots of good fun that is funny!!!!"
So everyone make sure you have some fun this weekend:)
And finally a photo of my littliest angel (well some of the time lol) Grace.
I rarely get a photo of her that isn't blurred from her trying to get away or with her dummy in her mouth, so I must share:)
